Absolutely Fabulous
Just been to see the film.

Average. Offers nothing new. Just loads of famous faces in it.

My old lady went to see it with her Mum and come back saying it was brilliant...

Which pretty much confirmed to me it will be about as funny as bollock cancer.

Hated the series

And I remember the original French and Saunders sketch they based it on. Tediously unfunny. I couldn't believe it when the made it into a series and I have no idea what anyone finds remotely funny about it.

It's actually worse than that miranda bullshit

cholo - at first glance I read your post as "back door"... I thought that was very civilised of Ms S!

Regarding the film, I can't think of anything worse than two aging Sloanes going "yah, sweetie, dahling, sweetie, yah, dahling" for two fucking hours.

Saying that, I hear Emma Bunton is in it She's quite easy on the eye.

It's probably worthwhile studying Absolutely Fabulous alongside Miranda as they appear to be comedies that women find funny.

Baffling little creatures aren't they?
